At Nova Girl Corp, we are always looking for ways to better serve our customers while continuing to create the handmade products you love. As our business grows and our schedule becomes more focused on production, online orders, and special events, we are making some changes to how our booth at El Centro Comercial Municipal de Lajas operates.
Our Booth Will Now Serve as a Pickup Location
Moving forward, our booth will primarily operate as an order pickup location rather than a full-time retail storefront.
Customers can continue shopping online through our website and select pickup when available. This allows us to dedicate more time to creating new products, fulfilling orders, and participating in fairs and community events throughout Puerto Rico.
Opening Dates Will Be Announced in Advance
Instead of maintaining regular booth hours, we will announce specific pickup dates when the booth will be open for customers to collect their orders.
These dates may vary depending on:
- The number of online orders received
- Production schedules
- Upcoming fairs, festivals, and special events
- Business operations and staffing needs
In some cases, pickup days may be scheduled every Saturday, every other Saturday, or on other announced dates as needed.
All pickup dates will be shared in advance through our website and social media channels.
Where We Will Be During Normal Business Hours
Although the booth may not be open daily, Nova Girl remains fully operational behind the scenes.
Our team will continue working during normal business hours from our workshop and office, where we create products, process orders, manage customer service, and prepare inventory for upcoming releases and events.
Pickup Requirements
To ensure a smooth pickup process, customers must present their order confirmation email when collecting their purchase.
A digital copy on a mobile device or a printed copy is acceptable.
